Ruby 1.9.3 MSWin32 Compiled Version Needed

Hi,
I was reviewing this forum thread ("see here" below), and it looks like it may be possible (as the thread shows) to add at least some Ruby GEMS to the Flowstone install of Ruby 1.9.3.

However, the thread points to a download which is missing
