Any good example schematic for modulation matrix?

Postby kortezzzz » Mon Dec 16, 2019 7:01 am

Hi,
I would like to learn more about how an effective modulation matrix works in a synth. Would be nice if anybody has a solid **basic** schematic which is easy to look into it and learn.
Thanks!

Nothing on my webpage that looked like it might meet your needs? Quite a few have mod matrices -

- the simpleShruth (probably the 'cleanest' example)
- Matrix-Six1
- exPando II
- Mx-Jr
- tableBlend
Though I suppose none of these are 'true' mod matrices, with list of sources on the left intersecting with row of destinations along the top; though they could be set up that way.

Some of Spogg's are more complex and ingeniously designed/cleanly executed.

Hi K,
Thanks for spotting :) I mainly looked into greysynth because it has easier system and moreover, I loved billv's multi-point envelop drawing approach. 8-)
