Been away a long time working on projects, i was just informed that flowstone supports touch, is this true?

Not natively so you'd just have whatever Windows can provide.

Do you have an inkling spogg to what isn't working, i wonder if renewing my license will be worth it & just iron some wrinkles.

3.08.1 is the most recent stable version.
I would wait for the final 3.9 release but I know nothing about touch screen behaviour in FS.
