Absolutely correct. The dropdown and popup system prims make a call to Windows, which then decides where the menu is placed on the monitor, and also takes over mouse management from FlowStone.
On my system you have to turn on the tooltip box and then drag it where you think looks best. But at least you have easy and full control of its positioning!

Yep, but, on the other hand these days with 4k being regular, plugins need to be big anyways. Plenty of room. Why think hard?

I just added a [+] button. It is'nt using math to position it yet, but it will soon. And it will open up a popup that asks the desired name and parent folder. Something like a file manager.
It should be very intuitive. I've already added the feature for deletion of an entry. I will make it so that plugin creators can select which menu items cannot be deleted. It will be limited to the parent though.
