No, that's why I asked for a special application. Since you just want to debug while developing, go with TheOm's example. And for easier tasks (non-looping data), there's "watch". See user guide, section Ruby.

Yes, I use watch quite often.

But I'm not able to print on new line with Watch. That's the problem.
I want the history (log) of previous string printed in the Watch window.
