Postby RZK » Tue Jul 08, 2014 12:58 pm

Hy guys i want to learn the Ruby language, i never used a other language. In my school they give us a session to learn C+ but only 10 h, in 10 hours you learn nothing. It's why i want to learn something helpful like ruby because i need that to use in flowstone. Thanks ( if you find it in french its will be good too :) )

Enough links on this to keep you busy for ages....
https://www.ruby-lang.org/en/
But also there's enough online to fry a beginner's brains..,
prob' better going there only when you need to, and focus learning through FS.

Read the User Guide...lots of examples to get you started..
Make something with ruby...
Keep going until you get stuck...
Re-search your problem/search forum/Ruby api.. till you get a fix...
When you hit a brick wall...reach out to the forum and ask..heaps of guys happy to help...

This may appeal...it's an online course you can take in your browser..step by step...
