adamszabo wrote:Ive had this problem before and its because the stock knobs in Flowstone have stored preset values in them. Open a new schematic, drag a knob there, rename it to something new, then go into the preset part and delete the "Param" module and insert a new one (this will be clean from any values) and connect everything back. Now copy and paste your knob into your project, and now there will be no more values assigned when you change presets, and it till stay at the default value that you set.
Adam, is this a bug then? I understood that if you deselect 'Preset' or set the preset input to the parameter prim to False that it would not be influenced by any preset changes in the preset manager. Hence my comments above.

Well its not really a bug, i just guess when the knobs were made and saved they somehow got values in them. Yes sure, if you disable the "preset" tick, then it will not be influenced by presets, but then it will never be saved as a preset. I would imagine he meant that previous presets that didnt include that knob, should not influence the new knob, but once you touch it it should be saved with the preset.
