Glad to hear that you are making a good recovery, at least. Part of what finally made me quit smoking (for two years now) was the number of old friends who have had heart or stroke related frights in the span of only a few years. It's the worst bit of getting to middle age, and I think myself very lucky to have avoided the hospital so far, given how reckless I've often been with my health.
