No notification on subscriptions

Been wanting to bring this up for a while now.
I'm not getting any notification on subscriptions.
This feature is working yeah?

Ah yes - I never noticed that. Checked my User Control Panel, and found I am subscribed to a topic that I never got e-mails for too.
