Exported Plugins Flash FS Window On Load

I've just exported an effect plugin in FL Studio format and I've found that when loading the exported effect in FL Studio the main Flowstone window flickers open for a split second before the plugin GUI is rendered. Has anyone else noticed this? I suspect it might be only for FL format plugins. I also recently downloaded a VST format plugin someone made in "Synthmaker 2" and it did no such thing.

This is purely a cosmetic problem but as I'm sure you can understand it does make the final product seem a tad unpolished, not to mention it makes it blatantly obvious that you've developed the plug in FS if that's something you're concerned about. Basically I'd want my final output to look and feel like "the real deal" here.

That sounds very odd - never seen anything like that for regular VSTs made with the standalone version of FS.

I guess it is only for Fruity plugins. It seems like a hack, haha. I wonder if the plugin would open at all if I uninstalled FS...

How do you export a FL-Plugin? Didn't know that this is possible with FS.

Myco has a good point here mate. Not possible. FS doesn't create FL Generators.

Have you tried other Hosts? Are you getting the same results?

You can save FL plugins in FLFS in the FL 10.10 beta. It looks like it makes a big load screen before doing the right size. What's worse is that the GUI window gets higher every time you reopen the GUI window.

You can only use the FL plugins in FL Studio.

Indeed it's quite hilarious. :) I just wanted to see if other people had experienced this as well and whether or not it was limited to the FL format since I can't export VST. Guess I'll add it to the list of "things that probably shouldn't be happening."

Haha no worries friend. There's a "special" version of Flowstone included in FL Studio that lets you export plugins in FL's proprietary plugin format.

Thanks for the tip mate. I wasn't aware that FL got updated with the FS package.
I'm still on FL 10.0.09. Must have missed the update. Great news. Now I can
test certain stuff directly in the host again.
Thanks Morph, I somehow missed your "You can save FL plugins in FLFS in the FL 10.10 beta"
comment .
