yeah its a strange thing that it is not implemented, i had a liitle research and it looks that it is not easy to do... just found a way using the standard widget libary by java which you need to wrap into ruby

but was again wondering ... can the mouse wheel be used to scroll knobs or sliders ?!? or anything at all

Thought something like this would be a basic feature like the other mouse prims. . .

But where is it then after 8 years of requests? Is it THAT hard to do? I was hoping it might be in the WinAPI but I cant find it. . .
