First (Not Last) Function - Stream & Green
This one can be seen a few ways. It is the inversion of the "Last" prim. It outputs not the last input that was changed, but rather the one that didn't change. So it's not a "changed" gate, but a gate that allows an input through that isn't dynamic. It could also tell you who won a race, when a race is over. Send two inputs into it, whatever arrives at a "stop" first will pass through, after the runner up arrives. So it could be used to construct a goal task, or a float delay.
What else?
