2 pulse oscilators / how to make pwm?

I have 2 pulse oscilators added extra beside the 2 normal ones. How do i make it sound PWM like?
I tested to add LFO connected to the pulse freq and still no effect.
Also try toi split 1 on phase and one on freq.
THen i also tested to switch waveforms and connected float to phase of the lfo?
anyone who have any ideas?
