How to build a file picker/ viewer list ?

does anyone made a file picker list or know how to do that ?
because im building a sampler and i want a list of my sound's in my plugin

the viewer is not finished, but not a bad example.

but how can i get files as wavs and sfz in the preset manager

can anyone connect the preset manager to the sfz loader and maybe explain how tol add my sfz files to it
