Hi all

Here's my new vocoder, the Quilcom BlueSky:

This uses Martin Vinacek's truly wonderful filter banks which sound far more accurate than my previous V16 vocoder.
See (hear) what you think.

This one has an inbuilt synth with some presets already made so you can use it directly in Flowstone. Alternatively it has audio inputs to use with any synth or sound source.Waveforms with lots of harmonics and with chords playing sound best, or even noise due to the wide spectrum. Just connect in the PC's microphone, play the synth and speak into the mic.

I've included the exported VSTs. I found that Reaper 5 will work fine when the schematic is exported as an effect (MIDI still works for the synth) rather than an instrument. Just route a mic channel to the track with the BlueSky on it. The Reaper project file is in the zip. If your DAW prefers the vocoder as an instrument the VSTi is there too.

Have fun making your keyboard sing!

Cheers
