Night Rider

Hello gang,
Ok, here is a quick and dirty one. It's the "Night Rider" lights done with some NEW digital logic modules.
Just threw this together fast in between working on something else that's taking awhile to finish.
There are 2 NEW modules, a binary divide by 16 counter and a 1 of 16 data selector.
See if you can come up with some new projects with them. Especially the 1 of 16 data selector. I am working on a couple I will post down the road.
