Phase Locked Loops

Hello gang,
Here is a Frequency synthesizer I built around a PHASE LOCKED LOOP. Hopefully some of you out there know about PLL's and frequency synthesizers, but if not check out Wikipedia for more information on them.
Please , if you do know phase locked loops and can provide some help, i'd like to make this even better by making it lock faster. Also if anyone can come with some more uses, please do post them. I have provided a couple of small examples on uses, but I am sure there are many more. Please help if you can!!! Play around with it for awhile and I thick you will see how it works and what it does.
