So, EBU 2016 is stringent and their test kit was for more difficult to detect correctly. I managed it using oversampling by Martin Vicanek, Myco and The Om.
https://tech.ebu.ch/publications/ebu_loudness_test_setHere's that, it's 3 LU more accurate than Youlean's! This is audio history in the making.
deleted, new file found here:

and here's a module containing the test sound you need to test it:

Here's the 32 bit version
https://vstplug.com/downloads/flowstone-lu-meter-port-of-youlean-example/And here's the official test sound for 32 Bit for the EBU -23 LU reference:

It's more accurate than youlean's here's some videos:
You tube video #1 (About LU & Flowstone)
You tube video #3 (About LU & Flowstone)
And finally here is a video about My attitude for perfection here at DSProbotics.com which includes some content about DSProbotics products and LU
You tube video #2 (About LU & Flowstone)
So, let's not forget DSProbotic makes a product that can be used for commercial purposes and we as programmers using it have to be responsible for our programming. If our apps are -3 lu off and we're off, we're accountable

. Maybe there's room for improvement and I'm open to suggestions and willing to add names to the list.

here's a new 32 bit version that has both EBU 2010 and EBU 2014 compliant models.
The 2010 setting is exactly like youlean's and WLM while the 2014 model uses oversampling and registers things as being quieter.

Yeah I tried the other samples. I guess they're suggesting that by oversampling the precision will; be higher due to the fact that it is re-processed a second time. And like in the case of oversampling for an image it whittles it away.
The other samples are pulses for the new model; designed to play quickly, testing the speed of testing device and the tester's skill. I guess they moved to a longer more reliable sound because they felt it would be rare that people would know how to set up such a test.
Pretty sure everything's working.

All the relevant info should be something linked from here, it's the official site and I'd linked it in the first post.
