.dat files generated by Synthmake (and Flowstone ?) vst

Hi,
Iam new to this forum, not a FS user/coder, but as a vst user I have a question which could "Big G" not answer for me.
Every Synthmaker (and Flowstone ?) vst plugin generates, when started for the first time (or scanned by the daw) two files, "saw2KtableSM.dat" and "tri2KtableSM.dat".
Those may be Wavetable data files ? They are everywere 2048 kB in size.
However, Synthedit vsts do produce folders with various .sem files, and that may be the reason while you have to rename the .dll for every instance you want to use the vst in your daw.
This leads me to my question:
Is it a problem if some SM or FS generated .dlls are placed in the same folder ? As I understand it, they use then all the same both .dat files mentioned above. But what if one plugin would have a different output of those tables than the others ? Would that plugin sound different if it resides in its own folder ? Or could there be an access problem when two (or more) vsts try to open those two files at the same time ?
