The Quilcom SIM-HG: Get all cranky!

Someone on Facebook requested that I made a Hurdy Gurdy simulator, so I’ve had a go.
Like all the instruments I’ve tried to simulate (without using samples), it was a fascinating journey finding out everything I could about these remarkable medieval instruments which have a long history dating back to the time before pipe organs were used in churches. Much to my surprise they are still being made and played so if you search YouTube for Hurdy Gurdy you’ll get to see and hear some amazing instruments and talent. Also, there’s no such thing as a “standard” Hurdy Gurdy, as you will see.
Here’s my YouTube video:

Download it all here:

The included schematic is from 3.06 and there’s my usual background info, User Guide and more.
Have fun cranking!
