Thru point MV De-zip?
I don't know how Martin's asm De-zip works (or how any dezip works for that matter)...
But I do know what it works. I know that it efficiently transitions one stream value to another in the time window (in ms) that you specify. Works great on green knob > stream, gets rid of the noise as it smoothsss the values, transitioning from one point to another..
Let's say you feed a fast transition to it, shooting from x to x2 (.8 to .2) in a near instant, it smooths the transition, mitigating a pop bang crackle sound BUT what if I wanted it to do ONE MORE THING WHILE DEZIPPING?
What if I want it to shoot from x to 0 then back up to x2, in that time frame..
or any x3 value..
Like a DETOUR DEZIPPER
a THRU POINT TROLLEY STOP TRANSITIONER
a SLIDE TO THE LEFT, THEN TO THE LEFT AGAIN, BEFORE YOU SLIDE TO THE RIGHT, SLIP STREAM SECTIONER....
Anybody know how to make this godsend of a doohickey do such a thing?

Re: Thru point MV De-zip?
Hey I realized today that what I am asking for is actually a completely different mechanism, andI will share it once it is complete.

Indeed, I've been building my own custom made envelopes/clocks since this post, maybe I'll share them this week

Re: Thru point MV De-zip?
the most dependable one I have tried uses a multiplication and addition technique. Maybe I can post that math later today or tomorrow.

Re: Thru point MV De-zip?
here is a lp dezip. It's two sources of multiplication added to one another in different frequency which lead to the same de-zip phenomenon.
enjoy
