Re: Flowstone wishlist
Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
Well understood about the Android packaging. It's actually not so important.
The other 2 items should be doable?
What about packaging as web app?
Best regards

I don't think they are so strange, and although most others here use FlowStone for audio DSP, it has often been suggested that FlowStone's graphical style of coding has much potential in other areas.
However, there is much truth in what MichaelBenjamin says. At the moment, the code of FlowStone relies very heavily upon features of the Windows operating system, especially for user-interface components (i.e. GUI drawing, keyboard, mouse, etc.) Unfortunately, the development team consists of only one part-time coder, and the owners of the software seemingly lack investment, and also aren't willing to make it open-source. There is now good progress being made towards modernising the sofware following a very long period with no development - but the focus is still very much upon audio-DSP and the Windows platform.
At the same time, one of the original creators of SynthMaker/FlowStone, Jorge Costa, continues to develop similar systems for other environments (for example VisualSwift) - so some of your wishes may yet come true, albeit not any time soon with FlowStone.
All schematics/modules I post are free for all to use - but a credit is always polite!
