Webcam resolution
Hello!
I Have a standart Webcam made by HAMA. It does come up with no driver so i have no settings within Windows to change the default resolution.
The cam is able to take 1080p images. But if i open the cam with the webcam module of FlowStone I always get 640x480.
Is ther any chance to change this?
Kind regards.

100% accuracy is the guarantee to your success. The value alters if you combine it with musical creativity.

Re: Webcam resolution
I don't have a webcam but two thoughts about it.
1) There's width and height inputs on the video stream prim. If not connected the prim defaults to 640x480. (But I assume this is not setting the cam's resolution, rather useful for stretching/shrinking the input video)
2) Did you have a look at hama's website. There are some drivers, maybe your cam can be used with one of those? I would think that a camera with several recording format options would need a driver to make use of it. The following is a list of drivers for usb connected webcams https://de.hama.com/service/download/treiber/usb/webcam
