Simple synths use 30% cpu on 1 layer

Postby djbrynte » Tue Oct 13, 2020 5:50 pm

I wonder why it is like this. It makes no sense when i was on my old pc on Windows 8 cpu was like 10% on same synths.

Even if that pc is like 10 Times slower. This pc got Windows 7.

Is There any diffrence on flowstone on spesific computers?

Even when my friend tested the synths after export. On old pc be told me he got like 6 % cpu.

You need to change your audio buffer settings, it could drastically change the cpu usage even on the same computer

for example.

When i used my old pc and exported exactually same synth. in same program and used same daw and same options. The cpu was better in old pc thats like 10-15 years old.

Should not cpu get better on this pc. even if i export from old pc or the new pc? I mean does it matter on what pc you export the plugins?

Im doing some tests now with rex. i let you know the results.
