FXP Preset
Hi community,
I have been searching around the forum about this, but I haven't really found anything regarding this?
How do you change from .txt to .fxp/.fxb? Not just the extension, the data inside as well. (otherwise it would be no point)
Regards,
Manuel D. Mitchell

Re: FXP Preset
Hello and welcome to the forum!
You can change the .txt extension to whatever you want in the preset manager but the contents will still be the same plain text file, which you can edit in Notepad for example. This can be useful if you want to identify the plugin used like .mysynth for example.
I gather the FS4 alpha will be able to save as FXP/FXB as well. At the moment you can save the presets and banks as FXP/B in the DAW using export and import I believe.
Hope that helps!
