One Wavecycle Issue

Here's the catch: It should show one cycle of the waveform. But it only shows approx. 67% of the full cycle. Where am I wrong?
EDIT: Blue is the stock sine oscillator, red is Martin's polynomial osc. It is right that they are out of phase, since Martin's osc is based on cosine.
