Organ&Top octave divider simulation.

What would be the best way to emulate a Top octave divider Organ.
I guess the best way rather then a rompler would be to actually use something like a single osc , divided down.
I wonder if the tuning can be hit perfectly though ? And probably a lot of other problems I am not aware of.

Do you guys have any thoughts on this , initially I thought of the rompler method but its the phase relationship in a TOS that I would like to keep original. I this case the synth i want to emulate is a korg delta and I think the master clock runs at 2mhz , I wonder how I could go about doing this ?

I guess I could also have 12 main osc , but they would need to be in phase.

Or skip the top octave divider and just use some sort of master osc and dividers?
