will pick over it now I have my eye on FS DSP meter,
and do what I can.
I'm no good at shuffling registers.
I've never really tried,
but certainly it would involve many blue screens,
so I will just do the simple things.
I have 10 envelopes in it, these have been translated to asm though.
Thanks for the suggestion KG 8D
So here is a mature synth build-
does anyone want to ASM it?
No crashes, 1 crash-safe bug found in 4 hours straight of tweaking.
5 instances are fine, and 6 has the slightest intermittent underrun @ 65% DSP(Orion meter).
Will test on my 5 yo system this week, as well as this modern lappy

how does FS behaves under imported projects

Postby FaidsselaNics » Sat Nov 30, 2013 1:06 pm

I just came across MPC being a further development of the MPEG I Layer II mp2 codec. Since mp2 is highly estimated by me I wonder how well MPC works with Dolby Prologic II.

Until now I was relying on OGG at quality 6 or higher which resulted in files of at least 192kbit/s.

Now the main point is that the suround code in Dolby Prologic II is encoded in a way that the human ear doesnt hear it. Thats why mp3 just sucks on it.

I would be most thankful for any further information.
