Quilcom SIM-FILM: Optical sound!
Hello World!
There are a huge amounts of old film clip soundtrack samples available online, but what if you want some specific dialogue and/or music?
This effect plugin allows you to create your own without having to use several different plugins for different aspects of the colouration.

Re: Quilcom SIM-FILM: Optical sound!
I've been watching quite a few vintage film clips on YouTube recently; mostly military training films from WW2 and interviews with veterans, so generally quite low quality. Comparing those with SIM-FILM, I have to say that you've captured the sound very convincingly - and I finally learned what the strange "fluttering" sound is that I keep hearing (the sprocket holes).
Great work!
Great work!
All schematics/modules I post are free for all to use - but a credit is always polite!

Thank you both!
There’s lots of links and stuff in the background info folder. Initially I knew literally nothing about the subject, other than the very basic principle of optical sound.
