Skinnable Control: Up-down button with velocity

I am so sorry for the delay of the Ruby articles I'm working on. It takes a lot more time than I thought. As a small redress I therefore created this button control, inspired by this thread (You're welcome, Subquantum  )

You can find it on Flowstone GURU, here is a link to it, where you'll also find a description: http://flowstone.guru/downloads/skinnable-control-up-down-button-with-velocity/

Hey tulamide, please could we have a horizontal arrangement variant? I find it would facilitate more efficient use of GUI space, especially when you display the value next to it. Many thanks in advance!
