Focusrite liquid mix to controller

Postby Wishx » Wed Apr 24, 2013 10:44 pm

Hi ! I own this firewire dsp prosseror called liquidmix 16 - although I like it a lot as already programed I wish to know if there is any way to map the knobs to flowstone for any further usage over midi mainly.

Image-

+ (irelevant)Also I'd like to make one of the knobs controll my system volume aswell (win7/64) is that possible also ?

My experience is mostly in max msp, but I've been using flowstone some time now aswell...

I hope you can help out ! :)

if the controller is recognized as a midi interface, you can do it via ruby and winapi.

It is not recognized as midi :/ Its fairly autonomous in its own right and runs its own software, wet I still believe it can be done...

I do not know if simple thing, but you have to communicate with the low-level driver,
and without knowing the specifics it is a bit difficult.
