Keyboard Split w/kortezzzz Fix

Here's just the Keyboard Split Ruby module mentioned in the 'Keyboard Split Nightmare' User Examples topic. The original was in Spogg's 'Synthmaker's Greatest Hits thread, and was fixed by kortezzzz. It requires that the two split voices be fully contained in separate modules and their outputs only connected 'in blue'.
