If the SM forum is closed, and that astonishing store of human energy and creativity is deemed a futile transience (now commercially inconvenient) I shall lose all hope in humanity.

So...
We lost 100's of thousands of hours of shared work and progress in musical art and the Synthmaker forum is just gone. That's disgusting if that is true AND it wasn't backed up somewhere...
How much money did it cost just to host a month or a year? I would have paid (as would others) to just to keep it alive, or at least move it to the Flowstone forum ! add $5 to 15 a month to those who want to use it to defer the cost...
THERE WAS A LOT OF HARD WORK PUT INTO OUR PASSION FOR MUSIC AND ART THERE !
Angry user...
This program (Flowstone / Synthmaker) and working environment is beautiful piece of work, why let it and the users suffer...
Very SAD...

Re: Can't access the Synthmaker forum ?
been a long time away here. I see there is still 0% progress on any featured option towards vst builders.
But there are people who backed up most important files.
It would be a minor issue back then to move that forum towards a seperate page on this website.
There is a link somewhere to an other site where also are a lot of files available, search this forum.
Flowstone/synthmaker was good for vst, and is good for robotics...that's it.
So back to progress again, ciao!

Well this super cool dude has saved like a zillion zillion hours of industrious human creativity! Serious respect! Whole original SynthMaker site now available: http://www.naiant.com/SM/index.php
