Spogg for moderator

Postby tulamide » Tue Apr 19, 2016 4:03 pm

I make this public so everyone can participate.

Spogg is visiting the forums daily, sometimes more than once a day. Also, he is a balanced guy, with a lot of life experience.

On the other hand there's the moderator shortage here on the forums. Therefore I want you, Spogg, to think about moderating. I'm sure DSPR will be more than willing to give you the neccessary status, and as I learnt over time, dealing with spam is pretty much all there is to do. I mean, we are a civilized community, no trolls or haters or whatever are here. It should be a job that is not very time-consuming.

Please, Spogg, consider it.
And please, community, support my petition: Spogg for moderator!

Thanks, and out.

Thanks and I accept!
What do I do now?

After a week of waiting I have to admit I am a bit disappointed. I asked MyCo to discuss this with DSPR and really thought they would be glad to have a second moderator on-board. But there's no reaction, wether from my pm, nor here. It seems that I was wrong. :(

Never mind! Thanks for nominating me anyway.

Regarding DSPR communications I emailed about a week ago asking if they had a development roadmap and did this include 64 bit export. No reply! I was a bit disappointed at no reply because they could have just said this was confidential or something.
Maybe they are simply too busy working on the new 64 bit compiler

Cheers
