How know the voltage of audio signal?
How me calculate the voltage of the signal of audio input in real millivolts?

I'm sorry if I wrote unclear.
Of course need to be calibrated with a standard oscillator.
But it spoils system mixer.
How do me know the positions of "Volume" sliders to calculate the overall coefficient of signal transmission from the entrance of sound card?
(Or maybe there are other ways?)
