All three versions now with less sensitive sliders. And Paddy-vs's osc II has a dedicated PWM lfo, as in the CS-80.

First of all I would like to thank you for the paddy2 updates which improve it considerably.

Browsing the site to download the new versions of paddy and looking at the list I noticed the presence of a new version of cyrinx, cyrinxpad, which has not yet been reported here and which I immediately tried. I must say that it also outperforms paddy2, which I thank you further for.

Finally, if you allow me, trying the various ways of connecting the filters it seems that in the third, canceling the inputs of the two padosc, the ring modulator and the noise do not emit sounds; maybe I'm wrong but, comparing the behavior with the cyrinx progenitor, I would say that the connection between these two sources and the peak filters module has not been activated but I must say that it is not very important and cyrinxpad works more than well even in this way.

Thanks again for your wonderful work
Best regards

Here's another application of the Vicanek padOsc.

It's an adaptaton of my PB-Mx, which was based on the Oberheim OB-Mx, in which the limited-waveform oscillators are replaced by ones that can switch between the padOsc or one that can blend between any two waveforms from the Prophet VS.

I like the design but could we add individual rotation to each of the screws so they wold not have the same orientation?
Just kiddn'. Amazing work, Kevin! Beautiful!

Now that's all I'm going to look at!

Having great fun 'shoehorning' padOsc into various contexts - such massive sound with so little CPU.

Kevin, Thanks for your latest creations.
Your Pad-Mx is fantastic (as well as cyrinxpad already) but maybe even more.

As I said earlier, away from me, the idea of suggesting something you don't like, but I'd like to have your opinion about the possibility separate from coarse detuning from fine detuning in the latest versions of cyrinxpad and Pad-mx as already done in paddy-vs where two separate knobs appear (semitone + end)

Then not to seem inappropriate to suggest something even stranger and, probably something stupid that would distort the nature of the emulation, but another aspect of cyrinx that can be improved (but so was the original) is that of the two lfo lfo1 is not addressed on the filters while it could be used to modulate the two peak filters and- or the low pass filter separately this is a waste of resources and a strong limitation to the sound variation (I don't even know if this was a design choice and do not complicate the circuitry too much).

Finally, if you allow me considering your previous post, it might be interesting to create a new beast by combining the oscillators and modulators section of your very recent Pad-Mx (only padosc because in my opinion the others do not add much compared to these) with the filters section of your zmz2000 with the formant filter and thus creating something that could become the "Pad-zMz 2000".

Consider what is written above as little dreams compared to something already fantastically real what your latest creations are.

Thank you very much again and sorry for my english.

No need to complicate the Tuning controls with Coarse and Fine, as any control can be 'Fine' just with Shift/click.

It's a very good suggestion on the CyRinx filter LFO mods, but rather than cramp the GUI with addt'nl knobs, I could just make the two LFO controls switchable between the two LFOs.

Good call!
