Hello gang,

Well, I bet you thought flip flops could only divide. Wrong, here is an example of a frequency doubler made with a Flip Flop and 1 Exclusive Or Gate.

This thing can also be modified in many ways also, but I will leave that up to you all to discover.

Well, have fun. All comments, improvements, mods, tricks and tips, are always welcome.

Later then, BobF.....

Hi Bob

I rather warm to the idea of re-creating old-school electronics in Flowstone. You've got me thinking about making an op-amp like the ancient 741 but with digital speed and precision. Once you have the basic components there could be a lot of fun!

Or has this already been done...?

Cheers

Hi Spogg,

Yes, I like old school electronics myself a lot. I have thought of a op-amp also then thought MOST creations (circuits) require resistors and capacitors, so it is a challenge. Best of luck to you if you take it on. If I can add anything I will let you know. Later then, BobF.....
