My FS mug just arrived on the morning of 24th April and I LOVE it!
I make that 8 days from ordering (on a Sunday) so that’s really good considering the trip it’s made.

I finally have a "Delivered" signal on my system for the mug of martinvicanek. :D..10 days it took..a bit too long..
In other news..still no reply from malcolm.... :?
Now I understand why the spammers always hit this forum...with that line,,,

Yup, got mine today. :D Had to pay 8.11 € customs duty, which makes it the most expencive mug I own! :lol: I wish all this would help Flowstone getting more awareness and recognition.

WTF!!.. :shock: ..that's not fair...shipping and tax are included in the price...
dast ist shizenhousen... :roll:...is this a standard thing concerning mail in Germany??
\Do you always get hit for Customs duty when a package arrives..??

No, only for deliveries from weird countries like Australia and sometimes China, haha! :lol: :lol:
Seriously, customs regulations are obscure. I have no idea what the criteria are, it seems totally random.

Below 150 Euro: no customs duty, but import sales tax (7% or 19%, wie bei Mehrwertsteuer) plus a service fixed rate from the delivery service.

For example, Deutsche Post charges 6 Euro. (Weil die für dich mit dem Becher zum Zoll gehen und die Formalitäten erledigen. Das kannst du nur umgehen, wenn du das Produkt selbst beim Zoll anmeldest, dann kannst du es dir aber nicht nach Hause schicken lassen, sondern mußt es beim Zoll selbst abholen. Selten eine dämlichere Lösung gesehen)

8 Euro comes to 13 AUD...the cup is selling at 38..+ 13 = 51 AUD..... 51AUD =30 Euro.....f#@K me!
That's an expensive cup of tea... :lol: .....God bless the taxman... :D
