I have been looking for such modules , what can I use to manipulate pitch of an input signal ?

Do you mean for a synth's oscillator or an audio stream?

Just connect an LFO to the pitch of an oscillator

I had this lying around. It will process in stereo, and in addition to vibrato it provides tremolo (amplitude modulation). Sounds more natural to me.

What about more extreme pitch shifts +/- octave ?
