Hello fellow addicts!

The Quilcom WC is a subtractive synth which features a Wave Concatenator for one of the oscillators. There is more info and detailed operating instructions in the included User Reference document.

You can watch an intro and sound demo at https://youtu.be/X6o9_vBdzUk

Download the plugin, schematic, guide and presets from https://www.dropbox.com/s/t46ydbriq19a1 ... 6.zip?dl=0

Have fun!

Hello Spogg,

VERY cool and interesting idea. If I may, how did you come up with the idea and technic? Any papers on it avaible?

Take care, BobF.....

Thanks Bob :D

I was actually looking into wavetable synthesis when the idea just somehow “fell in”. I searched for a synth that used this method, or any papers on it, and came up with nothing.

I built the prototype very quickly and it sounded like it had potential so I made the WC with some haste (probably shows!) to demo what it can do.

Version 2, with more modulation possibilities, will follow after my current project is done.

Cheers
