MVerb 7 - yet another reverb?
Re: MVerb 7 - yet another reverb?
Hi gang,
I updated MVerb 7B in the first post.
- predelay fixed. You can now configure a predelay. Thanks lala for pointing this out!
- Spoggs additions slightly modified. Thanks number one!
- added a tone control (extra trebble damping)
- added a stereo width control
- added a preset manager
Quite happy with the result, only wish it would be lighter on CPU.
Have fun!

Very light on CPU I see too.
I can confirm it works fine on 3.06 even though you say 3.08.
I had a bit of fun messing with this and I hope you don’t mind:
I upped the max delay to 10 seconds.
I added a Freeze button which sounds best when freezing a sustained input or a fading tail. You could always turn off the reverb input (wet) when Freeze is ON. In the version attached you can add to the frozen tail.
I added a “Gated” switch for those who love Phil Collins.
Cheers
Spogg
Gotta love that gated reverb sound

OK, I'll get started making this. I want the colour to be like xverb by ssl. And I'll make the skin to look like 20,000 leagues under the sea but art deco and like blue and polished aluminum with metal grain and lustre.
Should be good.

For some unfathomable reason I first read that as “tribble damping”!
Those creatures are so cute, but best avoided.
This is totally great but you forgot to connect the link to the Freeze button!
Once again, an amazing and useful reverb.
Cheers

Suggestion , one knob for Wet/Dry , saves space
Usually reverbs are used on sends so 90% of the time they are fully wet .

Re: MVerb 7 - yet another reverb?
First Draft with one slider for wet-dry , added volume and a reverse function , mostly because i need to fill space
bit of empty space which is nice but I need to optimize the design , did this pretty quick.
Maybe shorten it a bit on the horizontal
If you like it I can get to work on animating the knobs , that will be a bit complicated .
Knob animation would be flipped actually , so orange area is exposed when you turn the knobs clockwise.
Damn , the Rt60 is not centered ...hehe
If you dont want to use this one I can certainly put it to use .

Shortened it a bit on the horizontal axis.
Made the On off button smaller
