There is one for robotics, one for DSP...nothing dedictaed for vst even though the software makes VST's!!

How come 'home automation' gets a sub forum but VST instruments and effects dont!

Given that I can even access the Synth Maker registered user forum (depite owning flowstone + support) you could at least put an audio or even 'synth maker' forum here! There were so many great packs like the analog pack posted over at SM that surely sholuld be under modules here?

IMO-
contact RDSP and become a registered SM user.
But yeah-
an audio forum would be cool,
and also a help forum

who/what is RDSP ?

16830 people registered on the SM forum- I wonder how many of them are registered here? (This forum says it has 22139 members...realy- they are very quiet!)

Shoot an email off to this address-
support@dsprobotics.com
And I think it will not be a problem to get accesss to the registered uses.
Sorry I meant DSPR, the dev

There are many users here who are spambots,
looking at the birthday names.
Also all SM users were migrated over in 2011,
I think most do not come here.

Sean - you should have access now.

Regarding the forums, we set these up when FlowStone first launched and at that time there was no export to VST plus we didn't quite know the best way to segment things.

We've been talking recently about going the other way and flattening the forums out so we just have just General, User Examples and Off Topic.

One of things that attracted people to SM/forum was the "registered area". Sure, I understand, customers would have no argument, that they paid also for such special access if/when you decide to change your market strategy. But I'm not certain if all folks are happy to give all their work away here so openly (thus - it means slowdown), i.e. to unverified anybody (as you know or not, FS attracted attention of unofficial channels; why should I help folks who don't have FS legally?). It does not matter that these things can be easily copied via schematic. What matters is also knowledge about what is accessible in general (and probably relatiohsips also come in play). As for me personally - I have mixed feelings on that reorganization direction. There is no clear definition what "User Examples" should be for.

- General Development
- Help
- Registered Area
- Off Topic
...and topical icons instead of (or added to) smilies that can be attached (multiple per) to topic?
Need to take a break? I have something right for you.
Feel free to donate. Thank you for your contribution.

...bummer....I was hoping you guys went the other way, and put more sections in...
seeing as FS is now more complex....
the "help" and "graphics" sections (at SM)worked great...
the "projects" and "Registered users" were useful too.
a ruby section wouldn't be bad either..... ;)
