Cant update Software

Update of FlowStone is not available.

Hello together,

I have buyed FlowPaw in germany (conrad.de)
After installing i cant use some of my clicks (claws).

Now i want to update the software but there i get the error that i am not registered.

Hi what version of flowstone was bundled with your Flowpaw m8?

It may be a cut down version that is not able to update from here, I don't know, perhaps you should contact the Admins here: support@dsprobotics.com

yes i allready have contacted but it seems they are not interested on new customers.
