Problem solved !
The Preset File was just to long. We´ve reduced it to a minimum with some ENgine Optimization and Boom ! We´re good to go now !
In Bridged Mode and in 64Bit Mode in Cubase 8 and Windows at it´s also running perfectly !

does anyone know how to create a float or int that tells me how many midi notes/keys actually are triggered ? I want to implement an effect that only appears if ther´s more than 1 key at a time gets triggered. hope anyone can help

The Presets i´m loading are big. It takes 1-2 Seconds to load the next preset. I think when Fl Studio Sends the Notes to the VST and get´s no Feedback because the VST is moving data to the Memory it deactivates the Midi Source.
