Re: The Quilcom SIM-KZ: Finally!
Hello my dear friend!
everything works flawlessly))
and I saw a didgeridoo on a nearby branch, I need to add it to my instrument list.
I don't know how to play the harmonica, but I also sang doo-doo into it to get some kind of sound)
It was also nice to watch the video on YouTube!
Thanks for this!

Incredibly cool stuff!
I'll take it for myself, I think it will come in handy!)
Forgot to turn down the sound ...
I did not expect that in the video, Rex would scream, about my berry compote flew to my pants ... )
I'll test it well later!

Re: Signal Flow Diagram
I don't quite understand what the problem is, you can just use empty inputs and outputs, also if you need an empty Streamin-streamout you can do that too.
I don't think it's necessary to create a black box.)
If you need to have a permanent prototype, with mutable code, you can just make an empty ...

Re: Signal Flow Diagram
it seemed to me that flow draws diagrams much more flexible, besides, it is easier to create and work later, you can implement elements right away!

Re: The Quilcom SIM-CARNYX: Intimidate your enemies!
Interesting thoughts.
When I made the outro sounds for the video it occurred to me that if you took away the clash of swords you basically have something like the sound of a modern football match. You know, Vuvuzelas and all that.
Yes, it looks like these football things!
I didn't think about it ...

Re: The Quilcom SIM-CARNYX: Intimidate your enemies!
Sadly we’ll never know for sure.
Another consideration is the use of bagpipes. We know these have been used in a similar way, to intimidate the enemy in battles, but to this day they are also heard in ceremonies and celebrations.
I also think it really can be so!
At least it's very plausible ...

Re: The Quilcom SIM-CARNYX: Intimidate your enemies!
Thanks for the explanations, guys ... It's strange, but the sound on the contrary causes pleasant goosebumps for me, as when listening to heavy music with an overloaded guitar .... I don’t know why.
I wonder if this sound is supposed to sow panic and terrify
then I think there were such ...

Thanx so much Rex!!! Amazing strange sound!
That sounds like Didgeridoo with metallic colors... I have not heard of such a musical instrument before!

Interestingly, what Tom described, it looks like an RR algorithm, since it seems I created such samples in the Extreme Music Converter. but maybe I'm wrong ...
