A while ago I found out that the fxp and fxb files are unique to the host AND the plugin as combined. This means that only the host/plugin combination can reload the patches correctly and no other host can read them.

Iam new to this forum, not a FS user/coder, but as a vst user I have a question which could "Big G" not answer for me.
Every Synthmaker (and Flowstone ?) vst plugin generates, when started for the first time (or scanned by the daw) two files, "saw2KtableSM.dat" and "tri2KtableSM.dat".
