This new DAW (which is really cool, I bought it) Does not support all methods of drawing a font. I've yet to test the Ruby implementation of this but will when I get the download.
The best way I have found is to use the font primitive, just specify the size and not the font, make sure the specification of bold or normal is not in caps.
Finally, use string format as you normally do, but avoid caps in the details.
