Can some one help me to make a selector (edit)

I want a selector there u can add like 3-5 diffrent text on.

Like if u click on it u jump to next.

Like if say i have 3 windows

1. ENV
2. EFFECTS
3. MIXED

And i want a selector u can click 3 times to jump from ENV to EFFECTS to MIXED.

without a dropdown list.

here is the Selector i want it to use 3 diffrent targets and names.
