Why can't I output MIDI CC#32?
This is the schema I have at the moment:
using 192 instead of 32 (Program changes instead of Bank Select fine) it outputs the correct MIDI message (with the right MIDI port for FL Studio).
But that kind of message (with value 2), well, I'm not able to send outside. It seems output just nothing. Where am I wrong?

CC messages use 176 for STATUS.
D1 is the CC#
D2 is the Values
