Web Audio Stream Application does not work

Hello,

the example 'Web Audio Stream' application from the 'Example Schematics' sub-forum does not work, neither from within FlowStone nor as exported .exe.
It doesn't load the stream at all. When I paste the provided example URL into WinAmp it plays fine.
When I click on 'Play' for http://stream-ny.radioparadise.com:8002 it tries to make a connection to 127.0.0.1, port 49668. Of course no one's listening there...
Additionally it tries to access the DNS/RPC client. After that it's just idle doing nothing.

When I paste the path to a local (file based) .mp3 file this file gets played fine.

I'm using FlowStone Prof. V 1.0.12., Windows 7 64 bit.

It could be that you have a missing dll on your system?

The audio stream uses the VLC dlls which should auto install with the latest version of FlowStone!

This is a missing dll the same as for the video audio playback.

Download these dlls and put them into your Windows/System32 folder and it should work:

It seems that on windows7 64bit the dlls need to go in the Windows/SysWOW64 folder instead of the /System32 folder.

I've put the libs into the Windows/SysWOW64 folder, but the only working link is exactly YOUR example. I've found 2 other ones which heavily stutter, everything else does not work at all.

Should a simple m3u playlist pointing to mp3 files work?

hey any solution to this yet? i get the same reported buffering no matter what i try.
